Ndocha is a family-owned and operated coffee farm located in Kiambu County, in Kenya’s central highlands, owned by Geoffrey Gachogo Karugondo. This lot is PB grade. This grade is easily defined by the physical characteristics of the bean (in this case, PB means peaberry, or where a single bean has grown inside a cherry instead of a pair).
Kenya produces some of the most exquisite coffee in the world. Peaberry sized coffees have a sparkling acidity, incredible floral aromatics and complex &intense sweetness.
