Red and pink flavours, a rare find in Guatemala.

Most Guatemalans we taste lean chocolatey and nutty. This one went red and pink. Think juicy cherry and floral hibiscus, wrapped in golden syrup sweetness, with a rich, rounded mouthfeel that makes the last sip as good as the first.

When we cupped through all the fresh Guatemalan samples, it stood out straight away. We knew exactly what it was for: filter.

The Farm
Magarciy is a beautiful farm on the shores of Lake Atitlán, in Guatemala's southwestern department of Sololá. It's owned by the Ramírez family and was established by José Ramírez Sr., who grew up in the region and after whom the farm is named.
