Process: Washed
Region: Finca Betania - Palestina, Huila
Producer: Linarco Rodriguez

Roast Style: Espresso Roast

Big beans. Big flavour. A great first Pacamara.

Pacamara beans are big boys, visibly larger than your average coffee. But what really made this lot special is how it's processed. Traditional washed Colombian coffees are becoming rarer, and this one is a standout: clean, distinct, and the kind of coffee you keep reaching for.

When we cupped our way through potential buys, this one stood out like a sore thumb. If you've never tried a Pacamara before, this is a great place to start.

The Producer
Linarco Rodriguez and Finca Betania are part of Tierra Diversidad, a collective in Palestina, Huila that brings together 117 smallholder producers. Through Rodriguez's leadership and the innovations of the group, they've collectively lifted the community's production and processing to a higher level.

A First for Us
This is the first lot we've ever brought in from CATA Exports, the new kids on the block in Australia. It's special to be among the first to work with them.
