Last year, we travelled to the magical mountains of Nariño, Colombia, where we met one of the producers contributing to the Tablón de Gómez Project.

Located along rugged, off-road terrain around three hours from the nearest paved road towards Buesaco, this community of coffee growers has spent generations mastering the honey process.

The Nariño region produces some of the world’s most exquisite coffee, known for its distinct sweetness, floral aromatics and fresh, clean fruit flavours.
