Our roaster’s competition coffee - a rare Sidra varietal from El Vergel Estate in Tolima. Fermented with mosto (fermented juice from a previous batch) for 72 hours anaerobically, it’s a wild ride of ripe strawberries, apricot and grape Zappos.
