Roast Date - 6/3/25 (Last Roast)

Picture yourself on the hills of El Paseo Farm in Nariño, where the air is filled with the scent of ripe Caturra cherries. These cherries are handpicked at their peak to ensure only the best. The process starts with a 36-hour pre-fermentation, followed by a gentle floating and disinfection using sea salt to prepare the cherries.

Next, the beans undergo an anaerobic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, carefully controlled for six days to develop their complex flavors. During this time, special leachates and enzymes are added to enhance a beautiful floral profile.

Once fermented, the beans are pulped and dried in a silo at temperatures under 38°C for 2-3 days. After a 15-day rest period, the coffee is ready to shine, with consistent quality and vibrant flavors.

This coffee stands out for its unique processing and floral notes, reminding us of a Geisha without the hefty price tag. It's a cup full of passion, innovation, and the spirit of craftsmanship in every sip.
