We've carefully chosen to release this batch later in the year because, from our experience, it develops even greater depth and complexity when it is allowed to age. This aging process allows the flavours to intensify, resulting in a cup that is not only vibrant but also exceptionally smooth.
Kirinyaga, located in Central Kenya, is a truly remarkable region, both for its natural beauty and exceptional coffee. Nestled beneath the majestic Mt. Kenya, the area is a lush, forested landscape full with exotic wildlife. The region benefits from a favourable climate, receiving about 50 inches of rain per year, which contributes to the vibrant growth of its coffee crops.
